Throw out the rest and clean the container.<br>In the bowl add 50g lukewarm water and 50g wholemeal rye flour then transfer back to the clean container.<br>Leave overnight somewhere warm and then first thing in morning put into the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leaven<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Add starter, water at 30c and flour together, mix and leave for 8-12 hours. use<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>20g starter<\/li><li>100g water<\/li><li>100g flour ( type depends on recipe )<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rye<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>120g Leaven<\/li><li>220g Water<\/li><li>235g Rye flour<\/li><li>40g each sunflower and pumpkin seeds<\/li><li>6g salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Country<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>150g wheat leaven<\/li><li>275g water<\/li><li>400g white flour<\/li><li>25g wholemeal flour<\/li><li>10g salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bagel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>60g wheat leaven<\/li><li>135g Water (32c)<\/li><li>1g dry yeast<\/li><li>270g strong white flour<\/li><li>12g sugar<\/li><li>5g salt<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sourdough starter feeding Do this last thing at night10g starter in a bowl.
